AT My Midwife for Life, LLC (A Women's Functional Medicine Clinic) we find that billing insurance limits the time we are able to spend with you so therefore, we will not be sending in claims for your insurance. However, there is a company that will help you submit your claim for a small fee called Reimbursify.com.

We will give you a record of your visit and the charge which you then can upload to Reimbursify.com and they will help you send in your claim for out of network services.

You are able to use your HSA and FSA accounts to pay for our services and you will be given invoices and a superbill if that is what you need to be reimbursed.

We make it very easy to pay online for your service before you are seen and give your bill after the visit.
​
Please do remember that your health is worth your time and dedication. We only have this one life to live to the fullest.

If you do not want to bother with insurance you will be given the opportunity to just pay cash and not worry about billing. Consider a package deal for visits. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out via email or phone.
